WellLookup uses the property address you submit to perform the lookup you request and to generate a property report when you purchase one. Payment card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored by WellLookup.
Search and analytics data
WellLookup records limited first-party product events such as a search starting, results being returned, a report checkout starting, or an official source being opened. The analytics event log is designed not to store the searched street address, name, email address or phone number.
Public records
WellLookup displays and organizes information from public government well-record systems. Public-source availability, completeness and permitted uses vary by state. A public record is not presented as proof of ownership, current well condition or a confirmed parcel-to-well match.
Reports, support and contractor requests
Information submitted for a paid report or support request is used to provide that service and maintain the related record. If you explicitly request contractor matching, the contact information and searched property you submit may be shared with up to three participating contractors that serve the area so they can respond to that request.
Service providers
WellLookup uses service providers for functions such as hosting, payment processing and transactional email. Those providers receive information needed to perform their role.
