Ecology well reports include mapped location, depth, completion date, well type, static water level and flow where available; many locations are approximate to PLSS survey units.
Kentucky Geological Survey / Kentucky Division of Water
KGS publishes mapped water-well records with depth, static water level, use and construction context; Kentucky did not require well registration before 1985, so older coverage can be incomplete.
